What's wrong with 911?
Some areas, like those in Pacific County, reported receiving 911 calls at around 4 a.m. Others areas, like King County and Thurston County, reported 911 service being restored at about 9 a.m. PST, KOMO News reports.
KOMO reports that some customers in Washington experienced busy signals when they attempted to dial 911.
Colorado: The nationwide outages led to dropped 911 calls in northern Colorado as well, according to The Greeley Tribune. Texting 911 is one option, and many states have their own emergency service lines you can call should disaster strike.
Agencies took to Twitter to provide non-emergency phone numbers people could call depending on their location. "Our alert system mistakenly sent to multiple platforms". 'We remain focused on resolving all remaining issues'.

CenturyLink customers around the country began experiencing outages Thursday, which caused problems for municipalities like Salt Lake City, whose government apologized to residents who were unable to reach various departments due to telephone and internet outages.
On Thursday, CenturyLink services went down across the US, knocking out all services.
That statement was followed up with a Facebook post around 8:45 a.m. Friday morning.
Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai called the outage that began December 27 "completely unacceptable" because people who need help couldn't use the emergency number. "I've directed the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau to immediately launch an investigation into the cause and impact of this outage", Pai's statement read.
CenturyLink calls itself "the second largest USA communications provider to global enterprise customers".
CenturyLink says customers have not been able to file trouble reports online.
